In iOS 7, go to Settings of Home screen of your iPhone or iPad >> Tap on General >> Tap on Text Size.

Launch the Settings application from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
Then, Tap on General >> Tap on Accessibility to make the Text bold, increase or decrease the Contrast, or adjust the Colors on your screen.
